We keep pricing transparent. Instead of inflating product prices to hide shipping, we let you choose how to pay for shipping so you can save money.

Two Ways to Pay for Shipping

Option A — One-and-done (pay everything at checkout)

Pay for your plunge and shipping in a single checkout. We’ll estimate shipping in the cart and book the carrier after your order is received.

Option B — Lowest total cost (shipping invoiced separately)

Pay for your plunge now and we’ll invoice you the exact carrier rate after we confirm your address and dimensions. Most customers choose this to avoid inflated “bundled” shipping.

Note: Orders do not ship until the separate shipping invoice (if applicable) is paid.

What Happens After You Order

  1. Order confirmation: You’ll receive a receipt immediately.
  2. Shipping quote: Within 1 business day we pull discounted rates from our carrier network and send you the exact cost (for Option B) or confirm your bundled estimate (Option A).
  3. Invoice & payment: Pay the shipping invoice securely by link (Option B).
  4. Booking & tracking: We book your shipment and send tracking with delivery instructions.

Local Pickup (Austin, TX)

Free by appointment.

Local Delivery (Austin & Hill Country)

$1.00 per mile round trip (minimum $50). We’ll confirm mileage before invoicing.

Freight Shipping (Curbside)

Required for 10.2 cu ft models and all wood-wrapped builds. Palletized and securely packaged. Curbside delivery to driveway. Inside/white-glove available by request for an added fee.

Ground Shipping (When Eligible)

Some 7.0–8.8 cu ft models may qualify for ground if under carrier limits; otherwise we’ll quote freight.

Timelines

  • Quote & invoice: within 1 business day of order
  • Build/prepare: typically 2–5 business days (custom finishes may take longer)
  • Transit: ground 2–6 business days; freight 3–10 business days depending on distance

Why We Separate Shipping

Most brands bundle shipping and taxes into the sticker price, often adding 20–30%. We keep the unit price honest and bill the actual carrier cost so you only pay what the carrier charges—no hidden markups.

Policies

  • Payment requirement: Orders do not ship until any separate shipping invoice is paid.
  • Deadline: If a shipping invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, the order may be canceled and a restocking fee (10% or $150, whichever is greater) will apply.
  • Deposits on custom builds: Select custom finishes may require a non-refundable deposit, credited toward your balance.
  • Taxes: Sales tax charged where applicable.

Receiving Your Freight Shipment

  1. Inspect the box before signing the delivery receipt.
  2. If there is visible damage, note it on the receipt and take photos.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a claim and make it right.
