All plunges are built to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and build time. Shipping times vary by location but typically range between 3–7 business days once shipped.

All CryoConverted plunges are shipped via freight service. They are palletized, securely packaged, and delivered curbside. Liftgate service is available for an extra fee if needed.

No special tools are required. Simply place your plunge where you want it, plug it into a grounded outlet, and fill it with water. For local Austin deliveries, we also offer setup assistance.

Yes! We offer wood-wrapped exteriors, Rhino Lining, and can discuss additional customization on request. Contact us before ordering for custom builds.

All plunges use brand-new freezers with manufacturer warranties. This means your plunge is covered by the freezer manufacturer for defects. Additional protection plans are available upon request.
